Lacbleu 2015 Coteaux Bourguignons is a light, fruity, and fluid burgundy with a beautiful crimson hue and purplish tinges. It is a very typical Gamay, with floral and fruity aromas that make it so delicious. It is also wonderful, ample, smooth, balanced, long-lasting, and harmonious. The racy fruits and blossom aromas make it a perfect match for andouillette gratin, rare duck breast with cranberries, river fish with wine sauce, grilled beef, wild boar stew with chestnuts, and barbecued meat.
